They were late coming in and they didn't have straps to carry heavy items so inhad to empty the drawers.

You were a last minute booking and we had a customer scheduled before you we came to you as soon as we finished the customer in front of you and pushed one customer back to make an earlier slot for you to accommodate your schedule so apologize if we came a little bit after your estimated start time.
