  • Chris and team did a decent job with the move. The items were heavy furniture which the team did a great job in moving 2 flight of stairs. The one improvement I can recommend is having furniture dolly which would have made getting furniture in and out a lot easier. The other movers (unloaders) got the big sofa bed out using dolly in a minute which while lifting seemed like a tedious job. Overall satisfied with the work. Hoping Chris and team take the feedback as positive and be more prepared for future moves.

  • Second time using Stress Free Moves for a load and unload. Again Josh had clear, thorough, and professional communication regarding move. Day of move Josh was again very efficient and took great care of our belongings. I highly recommend using Stress Free Moves, their names says it all!
