  • worst experience i’ve ever had. they moved incredibly slow to milk my time. my boyfriend had to help the whole time because the second guy couldn’t lift anything. they damaged my hutch that i had to pay an extra $100 for ‘extra care moving’. since the 2nd guy couldn’t lift anything, the first guy had to lift the hutch himself. the cabinet fell out and shattered on the ground. they also kept arguing with each other and cussing at each other because the 2nd guy couldn’t lift anything so super unprofessional. they couldn’t bring any of the big furniture up to my actual apartment. we had to pay an extra hour and it took them 45mins to move 3 items to the second floor(i live on the 3rd). we had to call 3 friends to come help and we were running circles around these guys. i guess only book if you need to move one thing because otherwise they will absolutely waste your time and try to gas light you about what actually happened. sorry excuse for movers. i’d give negative stars if i could.

    I honestly expected you to tell Biggest lie ever told. As I watched over my crew yesterday. You had three flights at the loading, And 10x10 storage and three flight unload for full 20 ft truck . Delicate items and Antique items and some very heavy furniture including a mechanical bed that takes time which also cost you should've considered moving when you could truly afford to. Next I understand one guy was tired and lacking the strength and speed of the other mover that's normal yet no excuse. But the fact that you didn't considered yesterday was the hottest day we've encountered in atx this year so far. They gave it their all to complete your long task in the short period you prepaid furthermore be blessed.
