• It wasn't the experience I expected. I thought they would have been able to load much more than what they did given that the majority of the boxes were already outside ready to be loaded. They avoided moving the heavier items which was the purpose of getting the movers. Based on today's service I would not use this service again.

  We have reviewed your move and would like to clarify the details for accuracy. This was a 3rd floor job with more and heavier items than originally disclosed at booking. Despite this our crew completed the move and repeatedly reorganized the truck to safely fit all items.During the job the customer was recording and made positive comments about the crew speed and quality while work was actively being performed. As the move progressed it became clear that additional time was needed due to the total volume of items and the original time booked not being sufficient at no point did our crew refuse any agreed upon heavy lifting. However conditions on site became increasingly difficult due to ongoing direction and behavior that created safety concerns for the team.We stand behind our crew professionalism and the workcompleted under the conditions present.

• The team was very nice however they damaged a lot of very expensive items such as armoire that is from the 1800 from a castle in Ireland. They didn't get everything on the truck as promised and when I extended them for another 2 hours, they got in the car and left without fulfilling their additional 2 hours. They offered to send another crew when I have to rent another truck and drive another 8 hours one way to get the rest of my things. Almost everything that is wood has been severely damaged. Parts of one of bed, pieces of the bed have been lost and cant be assembled until those pieces have been ordered and received. Unsafe moving practices were also being utilized to the point that one of the helpers was hurt.

  Joselyn, we disagree with your review. Our crew showed up, worked efficiently, and even provided an additional mover at no charge to complete your job. Prior to arrival, we specifically asked about specialty and heavy items, and those details were not fully disclosed, which impacted the scope of work once on site. Additionally, items were added after the truck was already loaded, which created safety and space limitations. At one point we were also asked to load the truck in an unsafe manner that could have damaged your belongings, which we will not do under any circumstances for liability reasons. We stand by our service and professionalism. Based on this experience, we will not be returning for any future jobs. We wish you the best moving forward.
