Our team operates under a strict random drug-testing policy, and our crew on your job consists of highly experienced professionals. Regarding the wall damage, our team noted that this occurred independently of our movers, and we were informed on-site that it would be handled privately. Additionally, our crew advised upon arrival that the requested inventory exceeded the booked time and POD capacity. The container was packed safely from top-to-bottom and side-to-side, but because our team was waiting on direction throughout the day, time ran out before the remaining items could be loaded. We always want to take full responsibility for things within our control. Please reach out to us directly so we can discuss amicable resolution. We wish you the best in your new home.
