    SIGNATURE MOVING

    This was a very disappointing experience. The movers showed up about 5 hours late, and communication was minimal and unhelpful the entire time. The delay threw off our entire moving day and created a lot of unnecessary stress. Worse, they damaged several large pieces of furniture, damaged our deck steps, and never mentioned it to us. They also arrived without the proper tools to disassemble furniture, which showed a lack of preparation and professionalism. Between the extreme delay, poor communication, lack of proper equipment, and damage to our property, I would not recommend this moving service.

    The two men who helped move were outstanding. Very efficient and careful with the furniture. Used ratchet tie downs and moving pads in the uhaul truck.(I provided these items). Very professional and courteous!
