Excellent communication, friendly and personable, immediately got to work and were extremely fast! Safe Movers LLC saved my bacon on short notice, when a DIFFERENT Uhaul provider, Move4U LLC, failed to communicate and unapologetically no-showed. I unfortunately can't leave a review for them because once a job is cancelled in order to rebook, you can no longer review that provider - a major Uhaul oversight, imo. So, pardon for tacking on a review of Move4U LLC here. I had no outreach from Move4U LLC 2 days after booking, so I emailed them details and to confirm. No response. Texted them a day later, they replied they got my order and would follow up to confirm time. Nothing. I text morning of move, nothing. I call, nothing. Under an hour to go, I text and call, they text no one is available, no one is coming. I call, they don't answer. I demand communication, to not be ignored, and for options, or I'd file a complaint - they call it threats and if I contact them again it's harassment...
