Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The owner and his brother moved us. They were very pleasant and did a great job. They were very accommodating to our requests. They even have a great sense of humor which helped during a stressful time and the heat index was 98 degrees. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for help with moving. They even moved pieces we already had in the house to the upper level and some stuff from the upper level to the basement.
He (Chris) immediately claimed the loaders had done a very poor job and any damage to our furniture was their fault. However he rushed a 4 hour job into 2 hours, damaging some of our furniture as well as the elevator and hallway in the building. He complained about going across the street to a storage facility with one piece. He hurried me so I left my glasses at the apartment and so I had to give him my phone to enter the code to the storage unit. I never entered the code for his payment, so if you received a payment code I didn't enter it. If you haven't received the code he only worked 2 hours.
