Communication was terrible. We hired this company to load three u-boxes. Lamond showed up late and without a promised second helper. The second helper showed up hours into the move, helped for ten minutes, hit on my partner, then bailed. Although Lamond worked hard, it made what should have been a three hour project take eight hours. We were clear before the job that some items were in a nearby storage unit; he said no problem then made an issue of it on the day. When he had to take a full ubox back, we asked him to keep the half full one and bring it back out along with the empty one. He didn’t listen, and several items didn’t fit as a result. We insisted he finish the job, and he was frustrated because he was late to another job. He shoved our final items in without care. Stay away!
