I tried to edit the order to get the right move date but the application would not work and the number on the website had no answer. I had to pay in cash and now I need this credited back.

Could not get a response after several calls and several text. However helpers showed up roughly 20min late. Was actually looking to book another provider. Two young men had been trying to call owner also with no luck. Helpers were very careful and courteous. Had work completed in under an hour. Owner finally called about 30 min after completion. Stated was in a meeting. But, I started calls and text at 7 50 am. Schedule time was 10 30 or sooner if I called. Worker's there at 10 50. Work completed before 12 noon. Overall, very pleased with service other than no response, and worries if no one shows up.
