• I tipped out of pocket $150 - there was an emphasis on a tip. They brought 4 guys instead of 3, which I appreciated; however, I received a call from the U Haul and they said garbage and some items were left - which I learned was a part of my bed. I was informed I could be charged a cleaning fee and fee for disposing of the times, if I didn’t pick them up within 24 hours. I left for Michigan - and I’m not even local to the storage. Also, 2 items couldn’t fit - so I had to throw them away. They dropped a couple of items. It’s really unfortunate because on the surface, it seems like they went above and beyond, but unfortunately, this has been disappointing. I reached out via text to the movers with no response.

  Hello Mariah, W'ere truly sorry to hear about your experience and any frustration this may have caused. It seems there may have been a missunderstanding. Our intentions were never to refuse to help; we were activaly trying to resolve the issue by contacting the movers directly on your behalf. We also wanted to note that during our phone conversation we had a positive discussion and resolution- agreeeing that your family member were to pick up the forgotten pieces. As mentioned, we would gladly pick up the pieces and ship them to your new location. Our goal was to be a liasion by coordinating the transporation of the remaining pieces to help you not get charged by Uhaul. We appreciate your acknowledgement of the team's effort. The $150 tip you provided was given voluntarily as a token of appreciation and the guys were grateful for your generosity. While we regret that the experience did not meet your expectations, we want you to know that we took your concerns seriously tried to help.

• Movers communicated arrival time and were on time. They worked quickly I hired 3 movers only two showed so my brother myself and daughters helped unload which we didn’t mind. The movers were out of Chicago which was a far ride for them not local there prices were low and the job got done efficiently
