• Hired 4 movers, 3 showed up then 2 got into an argument and left. My wife and I had to help move all of our furniture into the driveway for the sole remaining mover to load. The remaining mover, Sean, said he would refund us money to compensate but he never did. Also indicated he routinely shows up to moves with less movers than hired and expects to get full payment. Highly recommend not hiring this company.

  Did all your property get loaded in the time slot you paid for? Were there any damages to your furniture? Were there any additional charges for extra time because of the crew situation? Did I still get the job done? You had two 28 foot trailers to load correct? And I made sure it all got done correct? By the time the rest of the crew left. All the heavenly items were on the truck it was garage and patio furniture left. Which I was loading myself. You said you wanted to help because you were bored. But you did get you job completed and packed professionally. You are welcome.

• I had my time scheduled for 1130am but texted him to and asked if I can change it to 1pm. They arrived at 108 which was zero problem. I explained the main guy that we are still packing. He said, ‘no worries. You just keep packing and bringing out and we will get it’. He also during loading phase told me, ‘I thought you were going to have so much more stuff. But after seeing it, it’s nothing crazy. We will get this done. He then came and said this ‘tedious’ stuff will have to be done by us because they don’t do that. I thought movers moved? They rushed and got the truck loaded, once we got to the new place they started taking forever. Wanting to drop everything in the living room. Dropping mattresses outside of the protector. The two mattresses that are a month old. They got done at 315give or take. I purchased 5 hours because I do pack with a lot of reusable bags. I ended up having to go n do it and instead of being done my move. I got locked in to doing it myself while paying $306.

  You paid for two people for 5 hours. I brought three people and got it done in 3.5 hours. We literally took everything out of the house but a few items that you guys said would fit into your car. No we are not responsible for unpacked clothes and smaller items you may have spread everywhere. You literally told us it was ok. We moved you guys out of a second floor apartment drive 30 minutes to a new 2nd floor apartment for $308 which would of cost you so much more with a full moving company. None of your property was damagers or stained. If so please be my guest and take pictures and we will pay for any damages. But like you said before we left we were life savers and thank you.
