• They were almost an hour and a half late, and when they were loading the van, there was no sense of urgency, despite the fact that I made mention I was on a time limit more than once. Was forced to extend my rental extension for the moving van due to their tardiness. One of the guys made comments about me living alone and then later on asked if he could come back later at night to quote unquote help me move things around and it made me very uncomfortable. Will not be usi my the company again.

  My apologies Mia. However, we had a customer that morning before you in which was also explained before and after our arrival. This company is a professional as can be, so urgency of placing your belongings in a vehicle of any sort that moves, could cause damages. I wanted to be sure that all things were secured. To address the issue with the individual that made you uncomfortable was a someone that was referred to me by one of my guys that couldn't work the day of. I am truly sorry, but you nor anyone else will ever have to worry about a person of such lack of professionalism. He is never welcome to help me on any other jobs. I wish that I would've known that at the moment instead of knowing this now, because I would've addressed it right then. I appreciate you for confronting this matter, though I wish that it could've been done then. I had not even known that he was being weird like that.
