• I scheduled a 7;30 move. Nobody showed up until 8;00. I booked two movers for 2 hours. 3 people showed up. All the big things were picked up which was most important to me and moved. We still had over 30 minutes left and I asked if we can go back to my house which was 10 minutes away to load up some more stuff and I was told they only do one load and one unload only. And then the guy told me that they asked that I leave a $20 tip so I can tip each guy $10 a piece. I wasn't going to leave it because there was 35 minutes left that she was getting paid for for no reason. So when he wrote out that I need to leave a $20 tip I was confused. I told the gentleman that I have cash and he told me no that I need to cash app him so he can pay his guys himself. Weird but ok. I did leave a tip but technically I did not want to. Like I said they were still 35 minutes left that they were trying to leave and get paid for. I would use it again but not this company.
