The two helpers were very professional and courteous. Where the improvements needed came in was the pace of move and experience and quality of moving boxes and unloading effectiveness to the storage unit. Some of the largest disappointments were finding heavy boxes on top of fragile marked boxes and the positioning of my belongings in the storage unit. I had to redo all of the positioning of my belongings to make way for the remaining items which were not picked up because the pace was too slow during loading.
