Alpha moving
First heard from Alpha the night before the move asking for information to plan a crew. Requested information was sent, as well as the needed start time. Micah and Christian showed up an hour and a half late citing miscommunication with management, which caused us to miss the needed ferry time at the unload location. Our directions regarding fragility of box contents were followed, and they took care with antique pieces. They were pleasant and friendly during the work, despite the heat, and did accomplish what we needed done. The company needs to offer more training in moving methods for the safety of the employees. They had no gloves, moving straps, back belts. My husband had to lift one side of a heavy piece of furniture, as one of the them couldn't, causing a painful back strain. This would have been a fair rating, but the work and attitude of the crew itself made it a good. Lack of planning and training affected this move. Would be a hmmmm maybe on a re-hire.
