They were 1 hour and 30 minutes late. My washing machine was dropped, breaking 1 suspension, they hid 2 suspensions in the dryer, and unhinged 1 suspension in the washing machine. My mirror was broken and can no longer go on my dresser, I had to pay $243 to get my suspensions replaced. I called the owner, Pierre, who said he would follow up with the other mover, he gave his mover my number who called and spoke aggressive towards me for reporting the issue. He proceeded to cuss me out and call me out of my name. I called the owner back and told him, he said that he was out of place and wasn't supposed to do that. And he told me that he would give a call back, he never did.
