We had some issues with the timing of our PODS drop off and they were able to come out at 1030pm to help us load our apartment into the PODS. It took them about 3 hours but they were fast, efficient, and professional. I don’t know what we would have done without them.

There was a slight delay in them arriving. The owner professionally called and communicated clearly multiple times and they did an excellent job loading our U-Haul and took care to avoid any damage. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tay again.
