  • Ty is an amazing individual and despite tough circumstances helped us load our truck alone. His hard work is the only reason I have decided against requesting a full refund. My experience tells me the contact for your company is awful at his job. I have texts of his poor communication and refusal to respond telling me, the customer, that he was in a meeting after failing to provide me with updates when the team was 2 hours late. 1 mover showed up because the other quit. I suspect this is due to the managers unprofessional management style with customers and his employees. He should be held accountable. I am a hospitality manager and this manager, whose number appears as the contact for your company, repeatedly delivered poor customer service.

    My deepest and most sincere apologies in regards to your experience. As ive mentioned its a first come first serve customer basis and every client is entitled to their time as well as buying extra time. Some things are out of my control although respect and customer accommodation is our priority. We strive to take the stress out of moving ! Recommend us !
