  • They were quite careless with my items and damaged some of my furniture by placing them directly on concrete and metal dollies. So they now have deep scratches. They did work very quickly though.

    Repeatedly, I tried to submit a reply to this review and am prevented. I will try once again. The customer that left this review will gladly explain that this review should have been applied to her loading crew that loaded her UBox not my company that unloaded her UBox. I have emailed the Customer to contact Movinghelp again to get this corrected. This review is not reflective of my company and performance.

  • They moved us in so thats why they have stars. The actual workers are amazing. The experience after ordering was a nightmare. They showed up a day late and gave us grief for having to unload a safe and massage chair. Book them if you don't have heavy things to unload.

    For starters, thank you for your business and entrusting us with your move. I must admit, however, I was quite surprised, but more importantly, disappointed due to the fact we moved the safe ALONE at ZERO charge when in the past, we wouldn't touch a safe for under $400 for liability, but also safety reasons. Hence the reason we don't even offer safe moving anymore! However, considering your situation, we agreed to, at minimum, get it off the trailer and into your garage. So to get anything less than five stars, was shocking to me as we saved you, at minimum $400 plus for safe moving companies that only move safes. Unfortunate because herein is the fact(s). This one review will cost me a WHOLE LOT more and what's troubling is...we didn't have to do it at all. Disheartening and unfortunate. I wish you well.
