  • Disorganized, threw items in truck. Paid for five hours, after one hour into the move already asking for a payment code. U-Haul stated not to give code until movers are completely done. Wasn’t even halfway done! One of the movers there kept asking me and the home office called me like eight times ONE hour into the move. Broke my tv! Never again! Worst service! I’ll pay more next time so I don’t ever deal with this again.

    Thank you for your review we had a hard time trying to get payment from you even after job was finished and we spent the entire 5 hours with you that you paid for which the guys sat around waiting for you for almost 3 of those hours and we had to push back other clients due to this situation We also saw you break your own tv because you decided to hop in the back of the truck and take lead on unloading your things since you wanted them in a certain order in your storage unit our guys did an excellent job maintaining composer and getting the job done with their heads down while you used very foul words towards our guys We appreciate the business Thank you
