    I was informed that the help would arrive with their own Dollies for moving, this was not the case and my personal dolly was used. Several items were damaged as a result of both individuals not having dollies resulting in one helper carrying items to help speed up the process, and subsequently dropping said items. Overall movers were helpful and communicated their delayed start, but I was disappointed to see the damaged furniture and items in boxes due to them clearly being dropped.
