  • Hired two workers for 3 hours. One worker showed up late. besides, they didn’t seem to know each other and had different ideas of how to move stuff. But they were both polite, nice and got the work done.

  • At first I was worried because they were running a little late, I almost gave up when they showed up just in time. When all was said and done they completed the job and unloaded a fifteen foot truck into my storage just in time. Jay and Jose were careful, competent and considerate, I would certainly hire them again.

  • I hired MovingStars415 for a simple 2-bedroom move one mile away. The movers arrived late; the lead, Jay, said he had a broken foot and later a broken finger. They were extremely slow, constantly on their phones, and disorganized. Despite my apartment being pre-packed, they failed to load larger items like a dining table and bed frame. The truck was loaded inefficiently, wasting space. After six hours, including 2 extra hours... the job was still incomplete. Jay damaged my doorway by slamming a sofa into it, breaking stucco. My wife and I had to help unload. I paid for a stressful, damaging, and unprofessional experience. Avoid MovingStars415.

The job description was a one bedroom home to two bedroom home. With two flights of stairs. When we first got to the initial apartment, it was three flights of stairs and it was a three-bedroom apartment. They originally scheduled for 4 hours. I told them this is not a 4-Hour job and it would most likely be 5 to 6 hours based off all the stairs and all the boxes they had in the living room, and other rooms. They moved into a 5 to 6 bedroom house. My employee and myself did not even take a lunch break. At the end of every job when I received the payment code I ask my clients if they are satisfied. I did the same thing with this client when he gave me the payment code and they said yes they were happy with the results. I knew right away when I told them this was going to be longer than a 4-Hour job, that they were going to post a bad review on me. Even though my foot was broken, that did not slow Me down. Thank You. Sincerely, Jay
