  We used U-Boxes & got caught in a rain downpour the first day. Had to suspend service & a new crew was sent out 2nd day to finish up. Kevin (seemed to be the ‘lead’ on the first day) was a Tetris KING! The second day’s crew didn’t have quite that same tactical training but all in all did a highly effective job & got everything in the 5 boxes I had ordered. Folks! Bobby (the gal that drops & picks up the U-Boxes to your home is soooo efficient & will tell you the rules of loading & the importance of heavy in the middle & build around that as well as a balanced load base). So helpful! The guys seemed to follow those same guidelines & everything fit - we’ll see how it loooks on the other end but I suspect it’ll be good!!!!

  Movers broke a piece of furniture in 2 places. When I called the coordinator, he tried to tell me the furniture was already damaged, he also told me that taking the job in Waterloo was a real difficulty, he told me I gave them the wrong number. I'd provided them with both my number and my husband's number, he came up with many different excuses. None of them legitimate reasons for why the broken furniture was not the fault of the movers and that I should just forgive them. While we booked for 2 hours on each side, the job took no more than an hour on each side and still lots of pushback when I asked to be compensated for replacing the not-very-expensive furniture. While the movers on the Toronto side were fantastic, the movers on the Waterloo side were... not good.
