    The crew sent by the company were young. One young man stood out, working hard and tried to handle items with care and attention. Overall it felt disorganized with furniture scratched and dented and boxes placed haphazardly, on the wrong side and even opened as if they had been tossed around. They did go over time by 15 minutes and didn’t charge me for that extra time, which I felt was fair considering that if they had been organized, we would have actually finished sooner. I based the time off previous moves with the same amount of items and the guide at booking. Despite the damage, I left them a 30 percent cash tip at the end for the stairs involved.
