  We hired UR Muv for 3hrs starting at 5pm. We had to contact them at 510. They called back and said they were running late with another job and would be there around 530-6. Text them again at 618 to see where they were. They text back and said they were sending out another crew out. At 640 another crew finally showed up. Unfortunately we unloaded all of our truck except the large items by then. The two man crew was obviously new at moving and needed guidance but did get it all done in an about an hour and a half. But, we hired two guys for 3hrs and we're only we wble to use them (once they finally arrived) for half of that time because they were 1hr 40mins late. If you are on a schedule I would not hire these guys, communication is lacking and they are not reliable.

  Michael and Julian were the best. We let them know right away that our U-Box couldn’t be delivered down our steep driveway so everything had to be carried down and then up to the second floor of the house. They got to work immediately with a can do attitude. Within minutes they were hauling heavy boxes down the driveway like it was nothing. They never complained. We offered for them to take a break a few times because it was clearly a much harder job than expected, but they just kept going. They were fast, careful, super polite, and really easy to be around. We had a few chances to chat during the move and they were both just kind, solid guys. I already saved their info in my phone. If we ever move again, they’re the first people I’m calling. Highly recommend.
