  • They tried to basically rip my couch apart because they didn't understand how to take it apart, and they wouldn't listen to me. I ended up taking the couch apart while they did something else. Zach needs to learn to listen. At one point, I had to go and find the movers. I didn't hire men that I had to babysit. They apologized at the end of the move, and I told them it was fine, but it wasn't. Their bed had been made. I canceled them for an upcoming appointment and booked someone else.
