  • Very polite-my complaint would be he was the only adult that showed up to move my things. He also brought his 6 kids with him. One teenage girl and the rest were younger children. Brought no dolly of any kind to move heavy furniture. My neighbor gave him a dolly to use. My sister and brother in law started helping him to move the packing the pods along. He also didn't pack my china cabinet so I had to make other arrangements to move it. I had taken him to each room and showed him what was to be moved. On a positive note he and tge kids were very polite.

  • They damaged my fridge to the point of not being able to get the handles back on. Xavier said he scratched it and buried it in the truck. I saw it at the unload and man, it’s like a tornado hit it. Xavier should have adhered to his helper suggestion.

    I do apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused. Most refrigerators require the front doors to be removed and should of been done properly. I did inform you about the scratches but the screws and handle damage I offered to deduct from payment I didn't try to hide anything and take full responsibility. Sorry for the confusion
