• Fire Hustlers was an amazing moving service. I gave 4 stars on communication only bc I had to follow up a few times via text before our service to schedule & confirm with them. I would have liked the company to take a proactive communication approach. That being said, the 2 men that showed up, let me know they were on their way, which I appreciated. They were on time, fast, friendly, & efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure every piece of furniture was exactly where I wanted &they put together 3 beds for us! The 2 men were deaf & this posed absolutely no problem at all! They had a communication app on their phone & a system to number the rooms, so as they brought furniture & boxes off the truck, I held up the # for the room it would go in. We knew this going in from reading other reviews, and were thrilled to support businesses providing jobs to our community members who have a disability. Don't hesitate to go with Fire Hustlers! We will definitely use them again!
