Workers themselves were kind and hardworking. But they showed up multiple hours late. The owner was a bit of a jerk on the phone. It is the second time I have used this company and it was the same deal both times. The workers said the owner pays them almost nothing.

They didn’t do anything wrong but clearly hadn’t moved much, they didn’t know how to pack the truck or maneuver out of hallways or doors. They hit several walls and chipped paint and left dents and marks. They were also pretty late. I had already packed almost the entire truck by the time they got to the first stop.
