  Keeping up with Jones Moving Service

  We paid for four hours. They were done in three. The first two hours they did great. It was clear they knew how to load a moving van. Then the last hour went off the rails. They started off so well that we didn’t really check the end of the job and that’s on us. Stuff was just tossed in. A recliner was precariously balanced on a chest. Nothing was secured in any way. If they had been running out of time, I could understand, but with an hour left they were already paid for, it was a very disappointing finish.

  Andy and Desire were awesome to work with!!! They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable in their work!!! They were able to get everything into the moving truck without incident. They exceeded all expectations!!! I will highly recommend them to anyone!!! I can’t say enough good things to measure up to their workmanship!!! Thank you Andy and Desire, we appreciate you!!!!

  They dropped my leather couch on the cement, smashed my refrigerator into the granite island causing a big dent. 2 out of 5 movers actually worked. Even my neighbor next door was laughing at how only 2 people were doing any work. I would give zero stars if I could. I contacted owner of company and sent him video of his guys dropping the couch and damage to refrigerator. He won’t answer texts or calls and has ghosted me. Uhaul offers zero help. I would have been better off hiring high schoolers to do the work. If you want your stuff damaged with no recourse then hire these guys.
