• I reserved 2 movers for two hours to unload two UBoxes. I communicated this request 3 times prior to their arrival, via the initial request on the app, via text and during a phone call. Upon arrival, two movers greeted me and were initially friendly. Then a third person came out of the car and said this move request was not made for two UBoxes and there is an extra fee for two UBoxes. I explained what my initial request was and that it was a very quick job as it took less than hour to load these Uboxes. I said that I would not be paying any extra fees and would hire someone else. The two movers ultimately decided to proceed with the job. They were done in a half an hour. They were quick to leave without saying anything except to ask me for a tip. I would not recommend them based on their attempt at swindling me, their lack of professionalism at the end of the move and the careless way they loaded the items into the storage unit.

  We do apologize for any confusion pertaining to the app or booking process, however we were most certainly not trying to swindle you. Uboxes are not able to be booked by the hour, they are a flat rate. You accidentally booked by the hour and when we tried to explain this it upset you so we completed the job nonetheless. This is and has been universal with Uhaul as far as pricing. A simple phone call to Uhaul could have confirmed this as well. Not only did we proceed with your request at a much lower rate and in quick time, you still felt the need to leave us a bad review. We take great pride in our company and how well we treat our customers and how quickly we execute jobs. Again, we apologize for any confusion you had in the booking process.
