• The movers were going to leave me with a full box truck to unload myself. I paid for two hours of loading and unloading (that’s all it took). They counted the time between sites as one of the hours. I put the addresses on the order. Not sure how it was my fault and what? We are supposed to pay them to drive their car? GPS is a thing - if there was an up charge there should have been communication about it but actually there was zero communication whatsoever from the first call. They REFUSED to put my boxes where I asked - literally five feet from there they ended up throwing everything. The person who fixed this debacle did a great job but was honestly incredibly rude and much more worried about herself and excusing the issue than fixing the problem. However, in the end she did fix the problem quickly and efficiently it was just incredibly miserable to get to that point. I have another major move in my future - I will not be using this company. A difficult, sad day was made worse

  The time starts when the movers start working and ends when the truck is empty. There was an hour drive between jobs. Sorry for the miss communication on this
