The movers arrived two hours late and we were concerned for some time that they were not going to show up. Eureka is only 20 minutes from McKinleyville so no reason for that amount of delay. Once they arrived they did load the truck within two hours, but some items were slightly damaged.

We do consider the distance with dispatching and scheduling our moves, however, in these busier times we can find ourselves falling behind schedule. More often than not, we finish before the expectation of time appeared, but again, and in this case, situations carried and changed the start time. It is common to hear how efficient the crew are but not as often so I hear it damaged items or property. Thank you for bringing it to my attention so we can address it in it next staff meeting. The travel time between jobs is also an area of consideration for discussion to prevent concerns with performance on the future, so thanks again

We had a two-man crew unloading a 26-ft. truck; with a little help we got the truck unloaded in three hours and we live in a second-floor apartment. Great job and greatly appreciated!

They arrived 5 hours late, after I had to call a couple times to check in. The crew that was stored to come out couldn't be reached, so the owner came out with his two sons to get the job done themselves. Unfortunately most of the furniture they loaded ended up with some sort of damage from the move due to not being wrapped with enough padding, metal parts lying directly against the metal flooring in the truck, and or how it was handled. I know they worked really hard and also extra hours to get the job done due to staffing issues, and I really appreciated the help, however it was disappointing to discover the damages upon arrival to my destination. I don't think I'd use their service again, or I'd at least buy insurance.
