The guys that arrived did a very good job, and were fast and efficient! Knocked off one star because communication was not great. After booking I never heard anything from the company and had to reach out to them for a response, which took a while to get back to me. It had been well over a week or two since I had booked, and their response was just, yeah we saw the invoice come through. So they were just going to take my money and never contact me?! They also didn’t seem to have any information from the booking. But we got everything set eventually. The day before I again didn’t get any sort of confirmation (like I always have with other movers), so on the morning of the move I had to email them again to double check they were going to show up. Despite the total lack of communication from the company itself, the actual movers that came did a very good job.
