• The movers (kevin and friend) were complaining from beginning to end and rushed the job. They were hired for three hours to off load the truck and did the work in 1hr30mins, damaging my furniture in the process and leaving everything in a mess. They refused to carry my chair saying it was above 500lbs and that was their limit. Information that was never disclosed prior. My job was left incomplete and I ended up with damaged furniture. I will never hire a team like this. U-Haul should not recommend movers like this

  This customer is lying i asked before hand what items he had and he did not want to mention what furniture he had. He had only heavy furniture. We moved everything the right way. The furniture he states got damaged is the furniture he damaged himself. We were bringing in a leather couch and the entry was narrow and he just yanked the side fabric against the sliding door and left a small scar on the fabric. This job was really supposed to be a 3 man job but he only booked two movers to be cheap and has a house of a doctor. Then he wanted us to carry a massage chair that is way over 500 lbs close to 700 lbs without paying what lifting a heavy massage machine is worth and risking hurting our backs. When asked what items he had he was rude and hidden and said a 'i have heavy items that is why i am hiring you for or else i would do it my self.' Really this chair is a 3 man chair to lift up 20 stairs up to his loft on the top floor. You see all customers are happy with my services today.
