I had a great experience with the unloading service. I initially booked two helpers but added two more, totaling four helpers, since my apartment has three floors with no elevator and a loft with internal stairs. The crew was extremely professional, fast, careful, and very friendly. They worked efficiently and handled everything with great care. I also had an unexpected issue with a patio storage cabinet that wouldn’t fit through the doors. Without hesitation, they disassembled it, brought it inside, and reassembled it. I did add one extra hour because this was a full move from a 4-bedroom home with a lot to unload. Honestly, without the cabinet issue, I likely wouldn’t have needed the extra time, they were that efficient. Very grateful for the excellent service. Highly recommend!
