The guys left for about an hour to get rain ponchos. I had several items that were broken and the owner charged an extra $50 for a half hour over even when his guys left! He said that he comped me for 20 minutes! I paid from 3 hours, they started at 11;50, finished at 3;30, where is my comped time, and you charged for an extra half hour?!! This was not acceptable!
