The two gentlemen from Home Gateway who helped us were pleasant, hardworking, flexible + efficient. They needed very little direction and clearly knew how to pack properly. They handled everything from household items + donations to a very unorganized garage, where they figured out how to safely + efficiently pack what they found. They also helped us navigate an unexpected laundry-detergent spill without missing a beat. What impressed us most was their ability to assess a situation and simply get the job done. The boxes arrived at our destination securely packed, without being overstuffed or having items falling around inside.
