• The main guy was strong and very capable. His truck packing skills were also excellent. However, his helper wasn't very strong so I had to help move the big and heavy items, which kinda defeats the purpose of hiring movers.

• The issue is not with the movers, the issue is with the owner of the business who sends people on the job. I explicitly told Movinghelp that I have heavy furniture that needed to be moved. They sent over 2 workers, one of which could not bring one piece of furniture down the stairs. When I contacted the owner, he told me - you can wait an hour and a half and I have to charge you extra or you can call someone else - absolutely unacceptable that he did not send over another person capable of handling heavy furniture and 2 that that was his solutions. I’m not complaining about the moving service but the fact that the boss did not send over adequate assistance for the job. Not reliable.
