  • Communication left something to be desired, I had to call to confirm the reservation 2 days before because nobody had reached out to me. I reserved 3 moving helpers for 2 hours, but they were only able to send me 2 moving helpers. However, Max was helpful in adjusting the cost to account for the inconvenience.
