    A New Day Solutions

    The two gentlemen were very helpful, quick and efficient. The only drawback was that they spoke minimal English, which was not a total issue for me but I could see that being a barrier for others. I also would have liked more of a heads up when they were on the way, or some level of confirmation they would be there. I got one text after I made the reservation but no follow up. I am also working with issue resolution because I was charged fully despite not needing services for the original time reserved. This was in part due to UHAUL error not allowing me to edit the reservation, but I think if the communication was better and there wasn’t a barrier in understanding, I would not have had to go the route of issue resolution;dispute.
