The owner seemed to be aware and trying to be careful, but some of my floors were scratched, that had just been installed. Refrigerator had a scratch and dresser had noticeable scratch on front. Helper seemed inexperienced and unable to lift heavier items. Was disappointed in overall experience because had heard good things about using movers that U-Haul had recommended.
