• I’ve moved a lot and this was the worst moving experience. If I knew only one person would be helping with my move I never would’ve selected Rush Transport. Robert showed up at 2pm and took 4 hours to move a small one bedroom apartment. He was polite but the communication was poor. He dropped my night stand and did not wrap it in a furniture pad as requested, bent my mattress in half (leaving a rip in the fabric and permanent damage which can’t be fixed), and damaged both my dresser and my tv stand. Would NOT recommend.

  This job was performed by one man as the customer noted. However, the professional mover at the site acted with the upmost professionalism. The household good moved were handled with care, professionally wrapped, and stored inside the U-box hence the reason why the job lasted three hours. The household goods were loaded tight and the mover used moving blankets provided by uhaul to fill in any empty space as to help mitigate any shifting risk while the container was in transit. We understand the customers frustration with the time delay but the customer was not charged for any additional time due to the fact that one man was provided. Any damages to the items would not have been at the fault of Rush Transport Service as the customer and her father inspected the items in the container while the mover was loading making no mention of damages or discrepancies.
