I am extremely dissatisfied with my moving session. The movers arrived without tools or a dolly, waited four hours to call someone to bring additional tools. My favorite family heirloom antique desk was broken and neither party in Moving Help will take responsibility for the damage. My move was left incomplete, forcing me to pay extra fees and endure significant stress. I expect a full investigation and resolution. Terrible experience.

We are sorry your experience was not a good one. We were hired to help move you, not to plan your move. Once we arrived I recommended you get at least 2 more uboxs , 3 to be safe because of weight limits and breakable items that needed extra padding. Plus i called an extra guy even though I brought an extra guy because the job was so big and unplanned. You chose to get one more delivered and asked us to play tetris with the ubox. Then when you realized 3 wasn't enough , I went out my way the next day to get an additional ubox with my truck while you was on a flight already gone. I was told your furniture was damaged during shipment, and that is a result of you going against our and uhauls recommendations of getting the correct amount of uboxs. It goes by how much furniture you have , not by how many bedrooms you have. You had furniture for a 4 bedroom house, this was told to you. Lesson is better safe than sorry.

The mover dishonestly charged me an additional $1500 outside of the moving cost to complete my move. Arrived without tools and stood around four hours awaiting tools to be able to move the larger items. My favorite antique piece is broken on arrival and neither Moving Help company will take responsibility, although I purchased the iinsurance.. Terrible experience.

Paying for professional move out deep cleaning services was what I thought I was paying for. My counters were wiped down and the floors were swept. Nothing else was done. Terrible experience and overcharged. Do not recommend.
