Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They worked well as a team and worked very quickly to help with a large move. Got right to work on arrival once shown where we were at in the process. They were polite and easy to work with. They managed to Tetris the Uhaul really well and everything fit.
The mover showed up late, I was told the mover would show up at eight am, then was called and told he would be there by nine am, then again at ten. The mover did not show up until eleven thirty am. I started moving my belongs by myself as a handicapped individual. The guy finally said he was there. However, he was not at the location as I was waiting outside. At the arrival time, we got into an argument, and then he finally showed up. Half of my belongs were already outside by that time. He started moving and still took his time. He had and took almost 2 hours to move items that would've taken no more than thirty minutes to move complaining that he got lost in the hallway. I went into the storage unit myself and pulled the remaining items outside the storage unit myself in five minutes. The mover took thirty minutes to grab two items. I would never hire this guy again he was very lazy. Poor performance I practically moved most items myself.
