  • My only complaint, and this is with almost all Moving Help vendors, is that they tend to wait until the last minute to confirm and verify things. This may just be me, but I like advance notice and a good bit of hand-holding. I have people counting on me, and I need to know my ducks are in order. It's not always a residential move that's going on.

  • I want to commend and celebrate Johnathan and Jake for their effective and professional service during my recent move. They were on time, kind, helpful, efficient, and went above and beyond what I expected. I didn't have to lift a finger and they got my two Ubox containers loaded in less than 2 hours.   • The loading was a little careless (e.g., I provided blankets and mattress covers that were not used, glass table tops were carelessly placed, we had to rework all the ratchet straps to ensure less movement during the drive).
