• The movers were quick with the move, but the loading and unloading was poor. I rented the largest Uhaul truck and the truck was full where there was no room left, given that I didn't move any major appliances. They left items that needed to be stored and took items that needed to be tossed. I have to replace a table that was broken. (I have pics of my complaints) I'm in the process of hiring someone to reload my storage (I rented the largest storage for easy access) until the renovations on my home is completed. They were quick and friendly, but need more training on how to properly load and unload.

• Detrick and Deontay were extremely helpful, patient, communicated well, and went over and beyond to achieve goals. I definitely recommend this company and will be using them again!!!

• I booked 2 movers for 4 hours to arrive at 10am. The movers never called to inform me they were running late. I texted an hour later and was told they were running late but would keep me posted. Still never heard anything after several hours. The movers arrived finally 6 hours late and my family and I had already unloaded and brought in over half of a 26' U-Haul truck. The 2 guys were only here for about an hour and a half and i was still charged the 4 hours. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. Very dissatisfied. Avoid at all costs.
