• Showed up to my house with women and children. Only had 1 worker for half the time I paid for 2 workers. Lots of furniture is broken scratched and damaged. My couch was dropped and ripped. I got 4 dozen blankets and 20 ratchet straps. They used about 10 blankets and 1 strap. At unload things had been thrown all over the truck. I have spoken to the owner without resolution and have filed with uhaul as well.

  Hello Molly. We appreciate yor business. However, we do not agree with your review. Although we started immediately, you were aware that your time did not start until the second worker, who was experiencing transportation isues, was present. The major issue was requesting services you did not pay for. We were hired to load a truck. That is it. Some of your things were not disassembled. Assembly and disassembly are different fees. The furniture was in the same shape we received it. We used the protective furniture pads and loaded all the things that were ready to be loaded. While we are appreciative of positive and truthful feedback, this is not indicative of our excellent service.

• Amazing team. They worked amazingly fast and around a shift in the truck rental time. All of my mom’s okd furniture was handled gently all the way from loading the truck, navigating the freight elevator and obstacles in the hall, to placing the furniture where we wanted. Thank you!
