• Although I have informed during the booking that my phone number and email would not be able to contact during the delivery of UBox, and clearly provided my relative’s phone number who in charge for receive and loading the Ubox. She had called in advance on 10th-May try to figured out why the Ubox was not delivered on 10th as booked, got informed that the box will only deliver on 13th-May and receiving the same day which left her only few hours for loading the box. She was waiting whole day that day. On the 13th, The moving help provider tried to call me on the phone to deliver the box then emailed me which I could not reply on time. Then they left the Ubox on a trailer which blocked the walk way to the apartment building and in middle of the parking yard. My relative tried to call him to pick up the same day after rush loading the box to relive the trailer from the parking and the walking which created unnecessaries hassle from neighbor, he didn’t pickup until next day. Frustrated.

• I placed 2 orders, I was told I only placed 1- the order was to pick up and drop the U Box. I was told they will only drop.
